On the 13th and 14th of November 2020 was held, the 2nd workshop TechNetEMPIRE: Networks, People and Institutions.
The workshop took the project’s theme as a starting point. The objective was to look at the agents related to the transformation of the environment built in Portugal and the Portuguese Empire, in order to understand how technoscience networks were created and shaped over time and in different geographies.
